2. Can you hire in Pan India location?

YES, we can hire for pan-India locations. We are committed to providing our clients with the best possible candidates without restricing ourselves with their location in India. Our team of experienced recruiters works tirelessly to ensure that we meet the hiring needs of our clients in a timely and efficient manner.

3. What profiles do you work for?

We do not have any restriction on the profiles we do but we specialize in hiring for the financial services. Whether it is hiring for Investment Banking, Internal Audits, Compliance, Client Onboarding, Accounts and Finance, Private Equity, Portfolio Management; we have the experience and knowledge to hire from entry to leadership levels.

5. Do you share the Job Description and client’s detail with the candidates?

Sharing the exact Job description and other details with the candidates not just helps them understand the job requirements and responsibilities in a perfect manner but it also helps us in shortlisting the right candidates. However, as we work on a contractual basis with companies, sometimes we are bound by confidentiality agreements and have to hide certain details from candidates.

6. Do you assist with resume building?

A good resume is half the job done as it creates the first impression in the mind of the recruiter.

Even though we do not offer professional resume building services, we do provide constructive advice and suggestions to jobseekers to make improvements in their resume. In case the candidates are interested in professional resume services they can consult skillhub, resume.com, makemyresume etc.

7. Do you charge job seekers any recruitment fees?

No.

We work on a contractual basis with companies and get paid by the companies for helping them fill job vacancies. We do not charge anything from jobseekers and it is cost free for them.

8. Do you do the pre-screening?

We have a rigorous pre-screening process to ensure we provide our clients with the best candidates. Reviewing resumes and cover letters, conducting initial interviews, evaluating skills using assessment tools, and checking references are some of the steps we take. Our experienced recruiters carefully evaluate each candidate to ensure that they meet the requirements of the job and are a good fit for our client’s company culture..

9. What levels do you hire for?

We hire for all levels. May it be entry level, mid level, senior level or for leadership roles.

Even though we do not restrict ourselves to the industries we cater, but we can proudly say that we specialize in the financial services and the banking industry.
